Entry Method:
Drop Box – Contest Form
1. Spend a minimum of RM60, in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) from any participating outlets during the Promotion Period.
2. Entry Forms may be obtained from the outlet or downloaded from sushi-king.com. All completed Entry Forms must be dropped into the designated Contest Box at any Sushi King outlet(s) along with the Proof of Purchase.
3. Each Valid Entry, completed with the required information received by the Organiser during the Promotion Period will be serialised starting from 001.
4. For every RM60 spend under one Proof of Purchase, one (01) serial number will be allocated to the Entry. If the spending value is worth RM180 under one proof of purchase, three (03) serial numbers will be allocated to the Entry.
Prizes:
Grand Prize : Trip to Japan for 2 worth RM13,000 x 1
Second Prize : Trip to Japan for 2 worth RM10,000 x 1
Third Prize : Trip to Japan for 2 worth RM7,000 x 1
Consolation Prize : 1,000 Smile Points (worth RM50) x 100 Winners
*The Promotion is open to all Sushi King customers aged 18 years and above as at the start of the Promotion Period.
