Christmas at 라인프렌즈 LINE FRIENDS Cafe and Store
You might heard of LINE and also be using the LINE app to call and chat with your friends nearby and also from other side of the world. But do you know that there is LINE FRIENDS Cafe and Store actually existed ? Yes ! I am going to blog about it today. This cafe is in Korea and not in Malaysia because Malaysia do not have one yet. There are a few outlets of this LINE FRIENDS Cafe and Store around Korea. So since I am in Korea now, I decided to go and find one of their outlet. There’s one store in 신사동 가로수길 Shinsa-dong Garosu-gil sharing the equal amount excitement as I do, and maybe more. LOL. So excited because I love LINE and also play their games and uses their stickers and app and of cause most of all a LINE user.
Line Friends store at Garosu-gil is not just a store, but also a themed cafe too ! The brand opened its stores in large shopping malls but this flagship store occupies 3 stories of a building located on Garosu-gil – each of which follows a distinct theme which visitors will fall for.
Basically, going crazy in the store as everything is so cute and I wanted to get everything ! As usually la, but I ended up seeing most of them with my eyes and taking lots of photos for you guys, blog readers to see. Pictures spams coming soon ! Be ready !
Going straight into the store ? Entrance is on your left.
If you want to take picture with the humongous Brown Bear, line up on the right side of the entrance.

Additionally, the lower ground level houses the character-themed bakery/café which provides a 20-piece menu that includes clever and cute desserts and coffee. Brown & Sally macarons, Brown lattes, and Cony cookies are exclusively found at the Garosu-gil store, and are currently trending on social media.

Upon first glance of the second floor, various LINE FRIENDS collaborations, with brands such as Be@rbrick, Swarovski, and Lamy, can be seen, and various fashion items for both adults and children, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatpants are also on display.
LINE FRIENDS has said of its opening of the Garosu-gil flagship store, “it is evident that the marketing of pop-up stores over the past 15 months all over the world in places such as New York, Hong Kong, and China, has been profitable, and there are plans for full-scale expansion.”
The director of LINE FRIENDS, Seonghoon Kim, has stated, “LINE FRIENDS has recently shown rapid growth on the global scale”, and “has plans to establish over 100 stores across countries where LINE characters are highly popular, such as Korea, China, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, and United States over the next 3 years.” Hopefully Malaysia will have one soon for the LINE fans in Malaysia !

How to get to Line Friends Cafe & Store, Garosugil ?
Line 3 at Sinsa station Exit 8
Walk straight until you see the entrance of Garosugil Street on the left. Don't cross the street ! Turn left at It’s Skin. Continue to walk all the way straight and you will find yourself at LINE FRIENDS Store & Cafe. You can see the Browny welcoming you or you can spot people lining up infant of the store to take photo with Browny.
