Asian Cheese Platter with Mainland Cheese
Did something exciting this time for the family.
Made an Asian-Inspired Cheese Platter with Mainland Cheese to especially suit my dad’s asian taste bud 🧀
Added something extra like satay, satay sauce, seaweed and chicken floss to the platter.
Used two type of Mainland cheese which are Tasty and Edam that blends really well with the platter. Edam is more on the mild and creamy side while Tasty is a bit more stronger as the cheese has been aged up to 18 months. Definitely a great try and I hope you can give them a try too ♥️
