Aged up to 24 months. For those who enjoy cheese with a strong bite and firm texture a Mainland Vintage Cheese block is perfect on a cracker or at the heart of a bold flavoured recipe.

Try it out in this impossible to fail quiche recipe or whip up these cheesy potato and smoked fish croquettes for when you’re entertaining.

It has a subtle nutty, mild and creamy savoury taste of a Mainland Vegetarian Edam Cheese block makes this sweet cheese ideal for vegetarians and those who prefer a reduced fat option. *Mainland Edam has 28% less fat than Mainland Tasty cheddar cheese which has 37.4g fat per 100g.
A supple and smooth texture with sweet buttery flavours and complex savoury notes.

We fondly remember anything that’s considered old school because it has stood the test of time, and an old school block of Mainland Colby Cheese is no exception.
With its sweet and mild taste, Mainland Colby Cheese is softer and moister in texture compared to your standard cheddar.  Easy melting and vegetarian-friendly.
Excellent as a table cheese and for adding to recipes due to its mild nature. It’s perfect as a toastie-filler because of its easy melting consistency. Store Colby Cheese blocks near the back of the fridge or in the cheese drawer - ideally at around 4°C. Then simply serve direct from your fridge and cut into slices. When putting away, make sure to wrap Colby Cheese in its original packaging with a little extra cling wrap over the top allowing it to breathe.


Using inspiration from the Netherlands, our Mainland Gouda Cheese is a versatile pale coloured cheese possessing a smooth texture to the bite and is ideal for adding to a multitude of recipes.
Mild to medium strength cheese with varying caramelised fruit flavours that improve with age. Aged three months.
