Cookie Dough Cookies Ingredients 🍪

🍪 250 gram butter (room temperature)

🍪 250 gram brown sugar

🍪 280 gram wheat flour

🍪 2 eggs

🍪 1 tea spoon of baking soda

🍪 1 tea spoon of baking powder

🍪 3 tea spoon of vanilla essence

🍪 300 gram of chocolate chips

Directions 🍪

🍪 Sift the flour, baking power and baking soda (dry ingredients)

🍪 Beat the butter and sugar until creamy then add in eggs and vanilla essence (wet ingredients)

🍪 Add in the dry ingredients slowly while mixing the wet ingredients

🍪 Lastly add in the chocolate chips

🍪 Scoop a selected amount onto the baking sheet.

🍪 Into the oven for 12 minutes at 160°C
