Glutinous Rice Dumplings

Glutinous Rice (Sticky Rice) Flour - 2 Cups
Water - 7oz
Food Colouring - Red, Yellow, Green

• In a big bowl, mix glutinous flour with water and knead with hands to form a dough. The dough is done when it doesn’t stick to your hands. If dough is too sticky and wet, add more flour.

• Boil another pot of water, drop the dumplings into the boiling water. As soon as they float, it means they are cook.

Ginger Syrup

Sugar - 1/3 Cup*
Water - 1 1/2 Cups*
Pandan Leaves - 2 to 3*
Ginger - Small Piece (2inches)*
* Up to you how much you want to put in for flavouring. You can cut down on the sugar if you don't want the syrup soup to be too sweet. You can cut down the amount of ginger if you don't really like the ginger taste. You can add more panda leave for more fragrance, but not to much or your syrup will taste weird. LOL.

• To prepare syrup, boil the water in a pot. Add the pandan leaves and ginger into the water. Bring it to boil on medium heat until you smell the aroma fragrance of them.
