这是樂天王朝的必点菜肴之一。八种颜色口味包括白色招牌原味、褐色鹅肝味、橙色蟹籽味、黄色芝士味、绿色韩国泡菜味、红色麻辣四川味、灰色大蒜味和黑色黑松露味。
Radish Pastry 萝卜丝酥饼
著名上海点心之一，千层面皮由厨师匠心之作而成。
萝卜配以适当的调味料烹制得恰到好处。这样就能做出层次分明、香脆可口、甜而不腻的萝卜馅饼。
Seafood Hot and Sour Soup 海鲜酸辣汤
又酸又辣的汤，好喝又开胃。汤里酸辣中带些鲜虾的鲜咸香味，喝了绝对停不下来。
Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork 菠萝咕噜肉
众所周知，这道菜深受大人尤其是孩子们的喜爱。香脆、多汁和鲜嫩于一身！
Scrambled Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallop 瑶柱芙蓉赛螃蟹
著名京菜之一。传闻慈禧太后想吃蟹肉，却没有蟹粉，御厨便用蛋清仿制蟹粉，再现了这道菜。我们运用了蛋白，鱼肉和干贝还原这道经典菜肴。它独特地保持了蟹肉的味道。
Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken 四川辣子鸡
特制的四川香料与香脆的炸鸡块一起制作，再加上蒜片，使菜肴更加美味。这道菜的主角是从中国进口的花椒和干辣椒。
Fried Rice with Crispy Pork Chop 香酥猪扒炒饭
香脆多汁的猪排真是又香又味美。配上蛋炒饭，简直就是天作之合。
La Mian with Scallion Oil (Dry) 开洋葱油拌面
拉面配自制酱汁！看似普通，味道却非同一般。
Pan-fried Pumpkin Pastry 香煎南瓜饼
经典中式甜品之一。香甜又糯糯的南瓜饼，运用了煎的方式使其变的外酥里糯，味道更加美味。
