Rabbit cookies made with Anchor Butter. Pure New Zealand butter that is made from 100% high quality fresh cream derived from high quality New Zealand grass fed cow’s milk. Rich butter taste that just gives the cookies extra flavours. It’s natural rich golden colour that makes the cookies more natural golden yellow too. Perfect for CNY bakes 🏮

Ingredients
• 227g Anchor Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 3/4 cups plain flour
• 1/3 cup cornflour
• 2/3 teaspoons salt to taste
Instructions
• Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
• Beat Anchor butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the vanilla and then the combined flour and cornflour.
• The dough should be soft but not sticky. Add a little more flour if needed.
• Roll the dough into your desired shapes.
• Bake for 15 minutes until lightly coloured and firm.
• Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container once cold.
