Homemade Shanghai Mooncakes with Bake With Yen
Tried baking Shanghai Mooncakes with the ingredients from Bake With Yen for this year’s Mid Autumn celebration 🥮🐰
It was honestly so simple & convenient to make these mooncakes using Bake With Yen’s Shanghai Mooncake Premix - my mom and I had so much fun baking them too (‘lil fun bonding activity) 🥰
With the premix & DIY box kit from Bake With Yen it was best recommended to use dough 50gm and paste 45gm to fit best in the box for gifting purposes. You can get all these ingredients at Bake With Yen and have some fun baking mooncakes at home too!
