Dalgona Coffee

Hey Sweeties!

So this had been blowing up over the internet during this MCO, so I decided to try it out too!

Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients:
2 tbsp instant coffee powder (do not use 3-in-1 coffee)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp hot water
1 cup of milk

Step 1: Combine instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a small mixing bowl.

Step 2 : Using a whisk or electric hand mixer, beat the mixture until the colour changes to golden brown and the mixture takes on a thick consistency.

Step 3: Pour milk into the glass and top it off with the mixture.

It's surprisingly good leh. 

If you have a mixer / beater it do be better. My hands and arms hurts haha
