“The Nightscape of Light Sensation – Love Series” is an unique, colorful and mesmerizing event, which is partnered with Malaysia Agro Exposition Park, Serdang (“MAEPS”), will be held from 7 September 2016 until 17 September 2016 and located at MAEPS.
Light Sensation starts at 5.00 p.m. daily and visitors are welcome to take photographs of the LED white roses, whilst accompanied by music to create a warm ambience. The breathtaking view under open skies will inspire the imagination and promote joy and love among its visitors with its awe-inspiring scenery. During this event at MAEPS, 30,000 LED white roses will be planted on the ground to form the shape of a hibiscus, which symbolizes Malaysia’s national flower. This event aims to promote unity, as well as to celebrate Malaysia’s Independence Day on 31 August 2016, and Malaysia Day on 16 September 2016. Or if you can't find any 7-Eleven near your area, which its hardly impossible because 7-Eleven can be found like every part of the city, I guess 😅 or the 7-Eleven that you went had been hopping to ran out of tickets, you can still go there to the venue and purchase them. No worries. There are still lots of tickets available.
Reach there, present your tickets to them and collect your wristband, map and lucky draw form.
Be sure to have your wristband with you at all time when you enter !
Get the map to guide you around.
So we go to the food first ! LOL 😂
As mention above, there are food trucks and lots of snacks stalls here. Lot's of ice creams and Korean snacks here too ! My heaven 😇 But unfortunately I am sick and down with flu and cough. So my mom didn't allow me to drink any or the cold drinks and eat those soft delicious Ice Cream 😭 Wasted ! Joilynn! Why must you fall sick at this timing ?!
Entering the climax of the event ! 🔆
The event will showcase a total of 30,000 Light Emitting Diode (“LED”) white roses and 708 handheld LED roses will be lighted in relay. The event will break the Guinness World Record as “The Most LED Lights Lit in Relay” and aims to promote Malaysia internationally and bring worldwide recognition to the country.
Waiting for the sun to set so that the LED rose lights will be on.
The lights will be one at 7.15pm sharp.
Many couples actually did their proposing here.
You can see balloons everywhere and even floating in the air.
Okay, for the lonely ones, joint me and lets observe the sun set 🌤 ⛅️ 🌥
☀️ 🌤 Sunset ⛅️ 🌥
Do drop by here to experience this if you haven't ! They kindda remind me of DDP 동대문디자인플라자 in Korea. So now we have lighted LED rose in Malaysia too !
Only from the 7 September 2016 to the 17 September 2016 from 5.00pm to 12.00am at Malaysia Agro Exposition Park, Serdang (MAEPS)
Don't miss this chance ! 🔅
Advice to come early at 5.00pm when it opens. I reached there at 5.30pm and its already jam pack. Maybe cause its a weekend. Parking is RM10 by the way. I park somewhere near the entrance but also not quite near, nearer than the other carpark thought. LOL. You can seat in the car for like an hour plus just to find parking or to get out of the place to go home. Car park distance to the LED roses place is also kindda far. So wear proper shoes, and for the girls, I know you may want to look pretty, but walking for a long journey and walking on grasses with heals are not quite advisable and you might also regret it. You can always bring the heels along with you just for the photo taking purpose 😊 It's also advisable to bring tissues, paper fan, electric fan or etc.. Because, as you guys know right ? Malaysia weather is hot ! I wore all white and was sweating like I was in a sauna room. So don't suite up all black to prevent mosquitos plus if you are going to take picture in the night, you clothing are not even visible. Malaysia is already infected with Zica Virus as most of you already know, so stay safe ! Put on some mosquito repellent ! 👍🏼
